This Privacy Policy is effective as of August 1, 2010 This website is brought to you by Vitagenis (“Vitagenis,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). Vitagenis understands that privacy is important to our users (“user,” “you,” or “your”). This Privacy Policy describes how Vitagenis may collect, use, share, and otherwise process your personal information in connection with Vitagenis.com and our brand websites lisannewellness.com or lowsitol.com (the “Sites” and each a “Site”). Please note that the products and services offered via the Sites are intended for purchase only by users who reside in the United States. If you visit our Sites from outside the United States, please note that the United States has data protection laws that may not be consistent with those of other countries and that information collected about you in connection with your visit to our Sites will be processed in accordance with United States law. We’re always looking for threats and take reasonable steps to respond to those threats, protecting the information users share with us.  Of course, no method of Internet transmission or data storage can provide guaranteed protection to your information.  If anything should ever happen to your information, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and try our best to make it right.

CORRECTING/UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your address or telephone number), there are several options available. Information can be changed, updated or deleted by visiting the My Account section of this website, by emailing us, or by calling us and talking to one of our Customer Service Representatives. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, except as detailed in “Sharing” above.

We (or our consultants) may also contact you from time to time with voluntary surveys to gather information to better serve you. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these emails or newsletters. Please see Choice/Opt-out below.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18

Our Sites are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information on the Sites.
